DESCRIPTION:Our whole school Sports Day will be held on Monday 5th May at 9.40 am (weather permitting) and will run throughout the day.  Parents/carers/family members are welcome to stay the entire day and bring a packed lunch to enjoy with your child\, or alternatively\, pop in anytime throughout the day. School dinners will still be provided for the children who wish it. DESCRIPTION:Weekend Timing information to follow nearer the time regarding this weekend at Benmore Botanical Garden. \nBenmore Transition Weekends \nWe are delighted to be able to offer your child the opportunity to take part in a residential weekend at Benmore Outdoor Centre as part of their transition to secondary school. \nPrimary 7 pupils from across Cowal have the chance to take part in an outdoor education experience that provides them with the chance to meet other pupils who will be going into the same year group at the Grammar School. This is also an incredible opportunity for DGS staff to get to know our P7s. Feedback from previous years has highlighted the importance of these weekends for each child’s transition to DGS.
