Head Teacher Welcome

It is my pleasure to welcome you to the Sandbank Primary School website.  At the moment, our site is undergoing a major overhaul which, when complete, will reflect the many new and exciting initiatives currently being undertaken by our whole school community.

At Sandbank, we provide both English and Gaelic Medium Education from pre-5 through to Primary 7. Our two Gaelic classes comprise of a P1-4 and P5-7, whilst our 3 English classes comprise of a P1-3, P4-5 and P6-7. Our ELCs provide an excellent start for our pupils.

Having recently taken up the post of Head Teacher at Sandbank Primary I have been overwhelmed by the desire and support of our staff team, pupils and parents alike as we aim to ensure only the very best educational experiences and outcomes for our children, coupled with our ambition to reach our full potential as a whole school community.

At Sandbank Primary, we pride ourselves on being open, welcoming and approachable. Hence, I would fully encourage you to come and visit our school. Whilst our website provides a nice flavour for what we can offer, I would be extremely pleased to welcome you in person in order to share our vision for the school and our children in much more detail.
