Benmore Transition Weekends
We are delighted to be able to offer your child the opportunity to take part in a residential weekend at Benmore Outdoor Centre as part of their transition to secondary school.
Primary 7 pupils from across Cowal have the chance to take part in an outdoor education experience that provides them with the chance to meet other pupils who will be going into the same year group at the Grammar School. This is also an incredible opportunity for DGS staff to get to know our P7s. Feedback from previous years has highlighted the importance of these weekends for each child’s transition to DGS.
